Should your club decide to hire an individual that MasterLink Club & Hospitality Staffing, Inc. has recruited and that individual has not worked at your club as a temporary employee, an 18% permanent placement fee of the employee's annual salary will be due to MasterLink within 10 days of the employee's start date. If your club decides to hire an hourly employee, our fee is calculated as follows:

MasterLink Club & Hospitality Staffing, Inc. takes great pride in referring only qualified personnel to our clients. Any employee that is permanently placed at your facility will be guaranteed for a period of 240 hours. If an employee fails to complete 240 hours of employment for any reason, MasterLink will furnish another qualified candidate for the position for the remaining hours at no additional fee.

All applicants referred to the client are contractually retained by MasterLink Club & Hospitality Staffing, Inc. for a period of 6 months from the date of their resume or application submittal to the client for our exclusive placement and associated fees.
