Each person assigned to your club must work 560 hours (unless otherwise noted) through our service for your club before your club may hire that person. Should your club desire to hire that person before the 560 hours has elapsed, you may do so for the following cost:

Upon completion of 560 hours, the employee may rollover to a permanent position if the client desires at a fee of 8% of the contract agreement.

Your club is not obligated to hire an employee upon the completion of the 560 hours. If for any reason the person does not complete the 560 hour period, a new person will be provided to complete the balance of the 560 hours.
